Shipping and Delivery Process
Special Gift 4you serves internationally and sells our products in every country. After payment clearance, the actual shipping takes around 10 to 12 business days for delivery. Once we dispatch the product, we will send you an email with the tracking details of your order and the arrangements for your product’s shipping. In case of any delay in time or if the shipping has gone beyond the estimated duration, you can call us and inquire on your shipping particulars and you should get a fast response from our customer support team.

If you have not received the product yet, it means the registration failed because of some technical reasons; therefore, the product will not be shipped until you have received the confirmation receipt.
How to Claim for Damaged Goods or Delay in Receiving the Package
We take every possible action to ensure that we deliver our services smoothly, but if for some reason the customer could not receive and also couldn’t trace the order within the timeframe specified, then the customer would get a refund into their PayPal account or credit card, or else would be offered a replacement. In case you have received a damaged product or something else, please feel free to contact our support team via email within 7 business days after delivery.
