30-Days Return Policy

Special Gift 4you offers an easy 30-days return and exchange policy. If you have any doubt whatsoever, contact our customer service representatives who will respond in 24 hours. After 30 days, returns are not possible.

Order Cancellation

If one wants to cancel an order, such a request must be made within 24 hours from the time after placing an order. If in case a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the entire amount shall be refunded to the customer. Otherwise the following conditions apply if a customer wants to cancel his/her order after 24 hours:30% would be deducted from the customer’s amount if the cancellation is made after 24 hours.
50% will be directly deducted from the customer’s amount in case of cancellation 3 days prior to shipping.
3 days after order confirmation, cancellations shall not be entertained.

Exchange Policy

In case the customer wants to exchange his/her jacket with another size, the item may be exchanged without any extra charge; however, the customer must pay for handling and shipping costs that vary based on weight and size. The exchange-return policy applies where any defect or size, color, or design problem has been found from our side. You can email us your details along with a picture within 7 working days, and our customer care representatives will get in touch with you regarding the returns-exchange process.

Return Policy

It is not appropriate to return or exchange when ordering the same product in another color and size.
For custom orders, there are no returns and exchange policies therefore we request our customers to provide accurate information.
In case you do initiate a return, return handling and shipping cost are completely to be borne by the customer, which depends on the size and weight of the jacket.
If the tag is removed from the product, no returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be permissble.
Return, exchange, or refund requests which are made after 24 hours have elapsed after receiving the item will not be accepted.
Prior to sending you the item, our quality control team inspects the product for color, sizing, quality of material, and stitching. Should you still have any issues, please highlight the discrepancies and email a picture to the address given.
